      Management does not care about employees Human resources back supervisors and above no matter the situation. Management and Human Resources allow a hostile work environment as well as sexual harrassment.

      Just like all of the other conglomerates run by "elites"

      I cannot think of even one positive quality of this dumpster fire of a company.

      Cons

      ITW is one of those conglomerate corporations which go around buying up great American companies and gutting them like fish. If they buy your company they will outsource everything possible and eliminate as many people is possible, it doesn't matter what you need for your job. Check the offshore leaks from the ICIJ, you will find ITW hides money in the british virgin island. They lobbied for the corporate tax cuts and kept it all for themselves. If you want to wake up every morning to a meaningless miserable job in which you are supposed to check your brain at the door and create shareholder value for people who don't work for ITW, this is the place for you.
