Good benefits, some great co-workers, not too strict. I like working here.

Hard work is not rewarded and most supervisors are impersonal.

A chance to become well rounded early on in your career with a lot of exposure to cross-functional teams.

Cons

You cannot advance quickly unless you are willing to relocate to anywhere in the country.
