      An exciting workplace due to constant innovation. Always a challenge

      Pros

      Competitive salaries and benefits with flexibility in daily work schedule. Great people on the shop floor. Middle management does their best to keep the fires burning in the production team despite facing an uphill battle against upper management. Always challenging which is perfect for me

      Cons

      Consistently battling streamlining processes for efficiency. Always a challenge using equipment leftover from the industrial revolution when there a 10 generations newer tools available today. Upper management refuses to spend money to improve production and generate revenue.

      Pros

      Friendly corporate culture with good wide product range. Indépendant working environment and a lean organization. Famous brand in the industry.

      Cons

      Supply chain in US was the major weak link affecting business growth and customer confident. Lack of global marketing strategy and new product innovation resulted in declining market share in highly competitive market.

      Potential to be good, but is a company on the downward spiral

      Pros

      Because of the very small engineering groups, you get to work in a lot of areas. Some very dedicated team members, usually overshadowed by managers that just don't know anything.

      Cons

      High up business unit managers that aren't technically knowledgeable or have university education do not have the knowledge to hire the right people. The new engineering management group doesn't have a good technical leader or a good leader of people, very hostile towards employees, treating them very badly.
