Great performing company. Strong culture - very collaborative and results-oriented. You don't waste your time on things that don't matter. Great benefits and really nice people.

Big company so you can move around and never feel bored. Training opportunities are offered. Work/life balance. Family feel. Decentralized culture so you are empowered to make decisions. Humble leadership. Good business (financially).

Cons

Most global locations are outside of the city, so if you prefer living in the city, this could be difficult for you.
