      Pros

      The corporate division is great. The company seems to really care about its employees, and gives frequent perks like Jeans Fridays and a great cafeteria. Great benefits. Everyone works hard and is willing to help out.

      Cons

      I hear things work a bit differently in the businesses, but I can't comment on that. Depending on your role, opportunity for advancement may be limited.

      Pros

      Great product line with good possibility for growth. Pay is good and can work from home. Lots of traveling worldwide to support and develop distributors, intercompany business and wholesalers.

      Cons

      New management currently in turmoil. A lot of turnovers with many high level executives worried about their positions or new to the organization.

      Highly enterprunerial company with very dynamic background. Hard work being rewarded. A lot of people being their employess for 10+ yrs.

      Cons

      Although, recent changes and the Enterprise Strategy that is bringing short term positives could relsult in long term sustainability issues. Saw many people with 10+ yrs experience leaving recentyl.
