Employee Benefits, Multiple Companies to choose from for employment. Buying power because of the size of company and expansive industries.
Cons
Do not understand appropriate infrastructure alignment by having detailed roles & responsibilities defined and filled with the appropriate personnel; Personnel then need to understand not only their responsibility, but others as well, in order to run efficiently and effectively. Do not understand how to build for growth; they just buy businesses, squeeze existing growth potential out, then move on to the next business.
