Great Atmosphere and people. I have been with them for over 25 years and the benefits and pay are top notch.

Company is turning away from what made it great and starting to migrate to "Just another corporation".

Decentralized business units make you feel like you are working for a small company, but you have all the resources of a huge corporation.

Cons

Becoming much more corporatized than ever. Management only wants to increase shareholder earnings. As a result, they make frustratingly stupid business decisions that result in grossly overworked employees.
