      Pros

      Great Company with outstanding benefits package. Very forward thinking and extremely analytical in their approach to developing and growing business.

      Cons

      Although they operate a decentralized business model, the Corporate office is continually inventing new reports and measurement metrics to keep track of this behemoth of a company, resulting in a culture of stress and overload at the middle and senior management levels.
