      Puppet leadership creates yes team and toxic culture

      Pros

      Work/balance life is ok, but overshadowed by cons as the cons make you feel trapped

      Cons

      GM lacks character, trust, and vision. He is a puppet to ITW corporate and will deter/back-stab anyone with more potential and vision than him, which puts us all at a virtual stand-still. That also creates a toxic culture and a bunch of "yes" staff. Promotion is very limited except to those yes people; if you are over 40 then forget about it.

      There are some great people who work there.

      Cons

      This company has no leadership, I mean none in the upper management. This is the worst company I have ever worked for that has no leadership. For the ones that do, the upper management has them locked out of everything. If you don't have more than 10 years with this company better watch your back. I suggest caution if any one applies for this company.
