      Pros

      Great products and service, focused growth/targets and has great employee benefits. There are many employees who have been with the company for years and are extremely helpful and valuable to the organization and customers.

      Cons

      Communication between departments could use support from upper management. No marketing support available. Internally divided between segments, although seems to be reducing this divide.
