      Pros

      Company believes in training employees, opportunities exist to take on added responsibilities, the coworkers are professional and it is a very good working atmosphere

      Cons

      Promotions are few and far between and generally handed out based upon senority and not merit, upper (senior) management is totally uninvolved in the business, does not communicate with middle managers, and does not support the businesses in any way

      Great benefits, Large company. Very diversified, always growing.

      Cons

      Very little. Salaries are competitive. Maybe it might help to recruit more out of universities.

      Pros

      The management have put together a good working team, and the environment is good. Resources are also good, and there is good teamwork within the different divisions of the company. Good medical resources and 401K plan.

      Cons

      The company is undergoing a significant change, and some long term employees are losing their jobs. Some are able to find work in a different division of the company.
