      Just like all of the other conglomerates run by "elites"

      Pros

      I cannot think of even one positive quality of this dumpster fire of a company.

      Cons

      ITW is one of those conglomerate corporations which go around buying up great American companies and gutting them like fish. If they buy your company they will outsource everything possible and eliminate as many people is possible, it doesn't matter what you need for your job. Check the offshore leaks from the ICIJ, you will find ITW hides money in the british virgin island. They lobbied for the corporate tax cuts and kept it all for themselves. If you want to wake up every morning to a meaningless miserable job in which you are supposed to check your brain at the door and create shareholder value for people who don't work for ITW, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the Company, changes, enhancements or new development can take longer than desired...but decisions made have tremendous fiscal implications.
