Cons

The appliance division was recently formed. They are still defining the roles at different locations. These roles are not clear.

Benefits, insurance, vacation time. Under the corporate umbrella

Treatment of employees, training, compensation, lack of communication, sweat shop, each department works in its own silo, numerous employee hotline complaints. Lack of consistent application of employment policies. Hostile work environment, retaliation by management.
