      Pros

      Good company. Fair with compensation and benefits. Good work environment. Great people who are committed to the organization.

      Cons

      Executive team tries to operate the organization like it is a major manufacturing giant. It is not. The volume of product coming out of each manufacturing plant is small compared to major commercial manufacturers. No emphasis on organic growth other than to squeeze more profits from operations.

      Pros

      this job has great hours. it also has good benefits! I experience good team work and loving co workers on a daily basis.

      Cons

      the only con I have to express is we had to wait a year before sick time became available! they are also on a point system . you can only be late so many times before you lose points!! etc.

      Great people / great organization overall. Wonderful manufacturing plant with good solid manufacturing processes.

      Cons

      Poor and unprofessional HR Department. Lack of professionalism, turnover was 4-5 people in 2.5 years within Human Resources. Culture and values were not implemented / backed up by HR management.
