      Pros

      This was a good place to work. There are many opportunities to move up in the different business units.

      Cons

      The expectation is for long hours. Very policy and toolbox oriented. Overall no real complaints.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Great to work there if you are young as the company likes to develop and promote young people.

      Cons

      No job security anymore despite your continuous significant contributions you bring to the company. They will restructure you out to make the numbers so Corporate top management can tell Wall Street all the growth in earnings. If you are 50 years old plus, you are on the short list unless you are the lucky few who hang out with the top management.
