      Pros

      My division is full of dedicated, smart people all doing their best for the company. Nice perks, nice boss. One of the best jobs I've ever had.

      Cons

      Not much upward mobility where I am. A bit resistant to change. Not much else wrong, as far as I see.

      Company Name looks good on a resume. The company's new strategy of reducing SG&A is resulting in improved OI performance. Stock Price is up

      Cons

      Very poor track record on organic growth. Innovation used to be an important part of the business, but now it is cut immediately when OI boosts are needed. It is an increasingly unfriendly place to work. Most incentives to retain middle managers have been eliminated.
