Pros

Lots of training and opportunities to learn new things. Great benefits. Great company for new grads because they will be given more freedom and will not be held to the same standards as longer tenured employees.

Cons

Management changes course...FREQUENTLY. A top project today may be dissolved in 6 months. You have to be adaptable but sometimes too much change at once is difficult to recover from. The restructuring does not appear to have been planned well. Some facilities have become ghost towns. Picking a divisional HQ, that isn't equipped to be a HQ, because the GM is based there...not exactly forward thinking.

Pros

- Some of the people who work there are very nice

Cons

- Very poor management - They do not care about their employees, regardless if you've been there for 10 months or 10 years - They fire you on the spot when you put in your leave notice - Very poor communication - Not open to new ideas or ways of doing things - A lot of talking behind each others back (especially from upper-management) - The outlook of the company does not look good, going through MAJOR changes

Enterprise strategy is destroying day-to-day business

Pros

Good benefits. Until the restructuring started, great management team and great colleagues to work with. If you're a college graduate, great opportunity because you'll get preferential treatment over everyone else--with no accountability.

Cons

Since restructuring started, most are uncertain if they will have a job in a month, even upper management. The environment is very untrusting, in fighting between departments and very frustrating to get day-to-day things accomplished because no one will make a decision. Every little thing has to be approved by several people. All authority has been removed from middle management.
