      Great benefits. Competitive pay. Employees are helpful.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management. They don't care about you unless you work within the office. Running out of raw material constantly. They have us sign " training papers". But never get hands on training. Threatens us with overtime because we haven't made our daily mark. But they don't supply us with tubs and raw materials.

      People in leadership positions that should not be. Was let go after 3 weeks because I was told I didn't fit the culture.
