      Pros

      Well structured conservative company with an entrepreneurial culture. Large product offering through multiple business units. Good place to learn. Reasonable benefits.

      Cons

      The corporate enterprise initiative (consolidating 800 divisions to 100) has not been fully executed throughout the corporation. Many divisions/groups still in transition.

      Pros

      Use to be great company before change of strategy in the last 2-3 years. May still offer some opportunities for new comers with the current restructuring of business units. You have to work in the profitable businesses if you don't want to loose your time.

      Cons

      Complete restructuring of the business units leads to many management changes, very short term strategy only focus on profitability.

      Pros

      Great Benefits except for no stock options. Great sales force and customer service reps.

      Cons

      Corporate Paslode upper management has no respect for sales force. They are very disconnected from customers and market. Completely priced out of the market, but yet still ask why we are losing market share. Really?? When prices are double the competition to the end user it makes it very difficult and very frustrating!!! Upper Management very degrading and unmotivating toward sales force
