      Pros

      Amazing benefits and the cooperate structure of ITW is great. it seems like the higher ups are doing wonderfully. They throw money around like it's going out of style.

      Cons

      The lower employees get stepped on to make it great for the higher ups. Horrible wages and very impersonal treatment of the employees.

      Pros

      My boss let me have a large degree of autonomy, so I was able to be creative and very engaged.

      Cons

      While the benefits are nice, the salary is on the low side.

      flexibility , good work life balance. ITW have a strong driven culture, meritocratic and performance oriented. they have aggressive growth targest

      Cons

      boring work, not keeping up with technology, I have no idea what management are doing, I am not told enough about new initiatives
