Cons
Management can vary from business unit to business unit so you might not get the same support and involvement you got at another location They run very lean, so you might work alot of extra hours depending on the position you are in. Opportunity for advancement in my field, but yet there are alot of people competing when a position opens because there are not that many opportunities.
