      Pros

      ITW exposes you to all aspects of a business very early in life. Given the business structure in ITW one gets hands on experience of leadership and backed by simple business management tools, the learning curve becomes very easy. Top management is professional and invests in developing people.

      Cons

      The small size of the businesses becomes a limiting factor in one's learning. Company is somewhat conservative in approach...less of risk taking.
