      Good health care plan, Standard 2 weeks off for vacation. No sick days. Upper management not grossly overpaid. Frequent company updates

      Cons

      Numerous, No Bonus, Hidden pay cuts and continuing shrinking benefits. Frequent layoffs. Rewards for hard work included, More hard work, higher expectations. lack of clear job duties mad life difficult for all. Bystander effect was in full bloom

      Pros

      Nice sense of community among the engineering team. Relaxed atmosphere. Very fair treatment by management, overall a satisfying place to work.

      Cons

      Huge company. Ideas presented in the engineering office have to meet approval on several levels before being implemented. Not enough engineers for the work that really needs to be done.
