      A top company where you have to do your best, lot of pressure with deadlines, requires high commitment, but great professional development

      Sometimes innovation is difficult to develop properly, profitability in the short term, restructuring and redundancies, and too conservative structuree too.

      Pros

      Decentralization - you have the ability to make an impact in the business. Starting to focus on employee improvement - they are starting to focus on career development and leadership development Good benefits My role is involved in operations as where at a typical company you are not Able to move from location to location especially since there are a number of business units in the Chicagoland area.

      Cons

      Management can vary from business unit to business unit so you might not get the same support and involvement you got at another location They run very lean, so you might work alot of extra hours depending on the position you are in. Opportunity for advancement in my field, but yet there are alot of people competing when a position opens because there are not that many opportunities.
