      Did have a great employee base that cared and worked hard to make this company successful. DID

      Cons

      Pushing out experience management and employees for cheaper , less experienced workers. Products and service prove it.

      Pros

      Great benefits - medical, dental, 401k with match, etc. After 1 year of service you get 3 weeks of vacation.

      Cons

      Management has head up butt. Older employees not valued, they want young wet behind ears managers/employees. Employees are not valued - "less with less" is a joke, everyone is overworked. Pay is below average. All direction comes from high up - no challenge from inside - yes mans! High turnover, important knowledgable people leave and create a void. No one can make a decision in fear of being wrong. Moral in toilet. No opportunity for advancement.
