imo, terrible work environment, physically toxic and dangerous conditions, not a real commitment to safety over production. Temps were not given benefits or anywhere near the same pay as regular employees even though they did the same work. They tend to hire vulnerable people and then pick the very best to make a living wage. They rest labor on in the hopes of making enough money to provide for themselves but most don't. imo the temps were treated very poorly but most have been so beaten down that they will take it even though many were very skilled and hardworking people

Micro-management, less pay, less opportunity to grow and develop
