Pros

Lots of travel and no constraints on expenses. Great health and awareness promotions and activities. Many unusual quality audits that consume resources which create opportunities for networking with other Corporations

Cons

Compensation is terrible. Cost of living raises only. Continued responsibilities added to job title and no pay raises or compensation. Weak management at the director level. Do not have ethics or any sense of fairness and managing responsibly. Not accountable for real results with most of the efforts being driven by the mid level managers.

- Lots of opportunity for growth and cross-training - Flexible work schedule - the mgmt team allows you to arrive anytime between 6-9am - Ample opportunities to network and meet influential people - Excellent health benefits and 401k matching - Travel around the globe

Cons

- Performance review process has become too overdone and routine leading managers and supervisors stretch for constructive feedback (can become petty and annoying) - No bonus and consistently low raises

Challenging work with a plethora of businesses and industries to choose from. Entrepreneurial environment combined with a lean workforce means you're tasked with big projects from the get go and have the autonomy to decide how to proceed.

Cons

Salaries are lower than average, navigating through such a large company can be tough at times. Not a lot of "perks". Frequent travel may be a pre-requisite. Upward mobility might be difficult, but lateral mobility or "diagonal" mobility is pretty common.
