      Pros

      Benefits of larger employer Coworkers Awesome if you are engineer but still very male dominated

      Cons

      -Cheap on Comp -Outdated policies: vacation and no WFH -Good ole boys club -Only good for a certain point then you outgrow the company and role -When you walk into most offices except corporate, be prepared to be transported to the 1950s-80s in terms of culture and office appearance -Lots of secrets from management -No career development or advancement if you are not an engineer -Bad locations in the suburbs so need a car
