      Pros

      Great company to work for. Management is always trying to find ways to make your job easier. Overtime is almost always an option, so if you need a few extra bucks you can get it.

      Cons

      Pay could be increased by a significant amount. Lack of communication between employees and supervisors. Should do 12hr shifts instead of 8. Better training should be provided.

      Pros

      Great benefits - medical, dental, 401k with match, etc. After 1 year of service you get 3 weeks of vacation.

      Cons

      Management has head up butt. Older employees not valued, they want young wet behind ears managers/employees. Employees are not valued - "less with less" is a joke, everyone is overworked. Pay is below average. All direction comes from high up - no challenge from inside - yes mans! High turnover, important knowledgable people leave and create a void. No one can make a decision in fear of being wrong. Moral in toilet. No opportunity for advancement.
