Crap job, idiots for managers! They care more about the color clothes they are wearing then about getting things done, yet they are so stressed

Cons

Everything except the actual machine assembly work. That part is easy it's all the other crap that sucks your soul out.

Cons

The decentralized structure can be frustrating but that also provides lots of autonomy for those working in the business units.
