      Very successful with identifying good companies to acquire and increasing their profitability via cost cutting. Focused on giving back to the community through a wide range of charitable giving and volunteer activities for its employees.

      Cons

      Rigid, top down management approach with little room for creativity. Little investment in people or equipment to support internal development and growth.

      When I worked there, There were good opportunities for Independent decision making. This gave More individual control. And a happier workforce. Why change a system that worked well?

      Current lack of control individually. The changes have had a bad effect on employee morale which will have an effect on the bottom line

      Interesting opportunities to work on innovative products. Young workforce given important tasks and responsibilities. Opportunity to travel internationally. Company will invest in innovation.

      Cons

      Difficult to see opportunities for career advancement unless you are in a specific corporate development program. Too many inexperienced upper level managers. Work life balance for some is definitely a downside.
