      solid business model ability to execute operationally and strong earnings strong brands well differentiated in core markets

      Cons

      moved away from acquisition strategy to organic growth strategy that isn't working focus on ability to run their playbook, rather than developing leaders diversity has become top criteria for hiring, not finding best talent
