The company is result driven and it's very demanding. They use 80-20 policy for every aspect of the company.

Micromanagement, HR Department is a liar, too many cliques. No advancement unless you are a robot and kiss but. Plant management is oblivious to how people are treated. Quality department is a joke in Mokena. Worst Supervisor walking around there. Sick time and point system is a JOKE. New entry for employees suck. If your badge dont work, 1/2 point for being late.
