      Easy going work environment Great employees/co-workers Fast paced work environment Flexible hours and ability to work remotely Great benefits Great 401K

      Cons

      Management is all about themselves. Pay is not comparable with expectations for the positions. Not a lot of room for growth unless you kiss up to management. Raises are minimal - typically 3-4% No bonuses No profit sharing High turnover Poor training programs

      The benefits are ok/ good.

      Cons

      Management is short sided. To many people in positions of power with there own agendas. Most project are done backwards with no firthought. Or completed before moving onto next. Keep adding more machine with cutting people Poor training
