      Pros

      Culture. Onboarding was smooth. Management is understanding, patient and supportive. Coworkers are great. Plant is small and steady. Very process controlled, SOPs, etc. Work/Life balance is perfect.

      Cons

      Workload during work hours. There were only 2 techs taking calls to support Roth and South America. Recently expanded to 3. Expensive to live in FL, pay is lower end. Benefits are average.

      Pros

      None. This was the worst experience in my 20+ year career.

      Cons

      I was given little to no training and was expected to close in two days. I worked very long days (12-14 hours) and then expected to use PTO for doctor appointments. I was let go and my unemployment claim was denied because they lied and claimed that I quit. Do not trust this company!!
