      Pros

      Benefits are incredible. Pay is fair by lags market by a year or two at all times. Opportunity for growth is huge.

      Cons

      Still operates like a bunch of smaller companies as opposed to the behemoth they are. Corporate report is very tedious for upper management and can take up significant amounts of your time.
