      Personally good experience but much to be desired

      Pros

      Manager makes it clear I do a good job and wants me to stay, good benefits, taking time off is not a problem most of the time, low pressure to complete job tasks

      Cons

      Lack of accountability, some favoritism, not addressing issues causing negative work environment, big disconnect between different areas of the business (e.g. office and floor)
