- Lack of ethical and morale fiber by management - Management continues to sell its soul to China - Domestic operations and support continue to be shut down. - Quality and lead times dependent on China operations where they focus service to their local customers - No loyalty to proven experienced performers - Hiring focus on younger applicants who won't question incompetent business practices because they don't know any better - Management only brings ego and greed to the table

Pros

ITW is made up of over 80 divisions that operate independently of one another. This gives management autonomy to do what is best for their division while reaping the benefits of a larger organization such as: CAPEX investments, employee benefits, networking, etc.

Cons

Because it is so decentralized, it can be frustrating at times to understand how something is done at other divisions.
