Pros
What I love most about being a developer at iUNU is that I can make a real impact on the design and implementation of our products; and I greatly appreciate the supportive and trusting culture which enables that. I never feel like there is a dull moment, instead I spend almost every day designing and developing creative solutions.
Cons
If you want to come into the office, the company is located in downtown Seattle, which for me is a bit of a commute through traffic, and if I come in after nine then the free parking is likely gone. This is a startup and so it's not going to pay the same as Microsoft would, but they are not cheep with their employees either. I personally am hoping we become a unicorn, of which we have a real shot at.
