Pros

IUNU is focused on achieving our mission - to make indoor farming more efficient, autonomous, and scalable Intersection of agriculture and technology - just a unique and fascinating industry. Employees are passionate and opinions count. Stock options for all - every employee is invested in the success of the org.

Cons

Being a start-up, employees wear a lot of unexpected hats at times.

Pros

There are a few great people on the engineering team

Cons

I was a part of a company that got bought out by IUNU. All but one engineer left pretty quickly when it became obvious that it was not a healthy work environment. - Pay is low and overworking is constantly praised - One of the least diverse tech companies I've worked for. The CEO is tone deaf - saying things like "this is the most diverse place I've ever worked because of diversity of thought" - They don't follow through. There were issues with getting paid, taxes coming out of the wrong place, and now even after we've left a bunch of us are getting ghosted when we ask about the reimbursement for shipping our laptops that was promised to us. IUNU is about the bottom line only, they don't care about you as a human they care about what you can give them.

- industry and impact is meaningful - can choose to work remote or in person - good people that care -

Cons

- less structured environment than my previous job at Amazon - customers are far away and hard to reach for feedback
