Good thing about the company is Management honour your efforts which you put. People will encourage you and value the work of yours. A single person is not a decision maker for everything, each employee has decision making power in different areas. Upward and downward feedback is encouraged. Awesome incentive structure as the slabs has been decided by employees of the company.

Ian Martin Group is innovative, professional and fun! They are constantly finding ways to better engage their employees, while helping communities, and the environment. Employees have autonomy, flexibility and opportunities to grow and continually learn.

Cons

If you are reluctant to change, this is not the place for you.
