I have seen an incredible turnaround in the 56 year old company.Collaborative work environment with all divisions has led to incredible growth in recent years. It treats its employees as adults allowing them to be involved in the direction of the company. Transparent management providing complete financials and reporting to all employees every month

Pros

Ian Martin group is truly a great place to work. All employees have a chance to grow in their career and become successful leaders. The social atmosphere here is great, lots of social activities and community service that helps engage all employees and create a better operating team. In addition, there's always opportunities to take on various different tasks which makes each a day a different experience.

Cons

Compensation could be a little more comparable to current market values.
