Pros

Very focused on self-improvement and making sure you like your job. A lot of events to take part in and they really encourage volunteering as a group and individually. If you are a team player and have a positive attitude towards being in a team and being happy in your job by helping others, this workplace is for you.

Cons

Management does not get to see what is happening in the remote offices and does not visit that often. IT can be difficult to approach upper management with issues that seem trivial or not important to them even though it is a concern for the people working in those offices. Employees don't want to be seen as rocking the boat.

Amazing Company & Vision

Pros

IMG has all the common perks of being a Great Place to Work (#19 in Canada in 2015), like high employee engagement and great transparency of information, but best of all is the consistent focus put on people doing meaningful work, giving back, and having as much responsibility and freedom that they're ready for.

Cons

IMG's previous regime was quite different than it is today (and going to be tomorrow), so there are still some leftover practices and belief systems tied to the 'command & control' way of working. These things are all getting addressed in due time though.

Incredible environment and culture! I really like working here as people are valued for who they are and not merely what their titles are or how much they make etc.
