Pros

It's not all about profit. It's about making a difference, connecting people with meaningful work, building relationships and community. CEO is inspiring. More and more, you can bring your whole self to work. You can get involved in lots of stuff. You can make changes and pursue stuff you care about. And the people here are amazing.

Cons

The culture is changing, so if you worked here three or more years ago, you might not recognize it. It's not a culture for someone who only cares about winning and making money. If that's you, you'll probably hate it here. Entry level salaries are low but what you get in cultural benefits may make up for that.

Pros

Major cultural shift in the developmental phases. A lot of opportunity for growth and a true "cut your own path" environment. Many really good people work here. Company has a focus on philanthropy and giving back.

Cons

Not a true sales culture. A lot of nice people but they need some "sharks" in the water. The culture is not for everyone.

Pros

A privately held B-Corporation led by one the best CEOs and human beings I've met. The company lives up to it's stated mission of helping people find meaningful work and provides a unique culture. A safe and transparent environment where people are encouraged to develop and share. Nice, but not spectacular, office and a good location in Toronto.

Cons

The culture may not be for everyone. It can feel like a big family and the focus on the larger mission and giving back, philanthropy, volunteering and community involvement may not appeal to all.
