Global company, good pay, multicultural environment. Exciting new projects, good learning opportunities.

Cons

Lack of trust, motivation and the performance evaluation scheme is fixed where even if your team are all high achievers, 25% must have low-performance ratings. Long hours.

Fair salary, best benefits by far. Probably the best company to work and have a family, flexibility, etcetera.

Cons

Difficult to promote, big company so your work kind of blends in. There is a too equal treatment to professional people and no professional people which makes it unfair.
