      Pros

      As a full-time student, the company really works with the BT's to create a schedule that works for employees and clients. As an employee, you always have the support of the Ican-B team. BT's work with case managers and have plenty of opportunity to learn and grow!

      Cons

      Working at different locations and needing to drive around the peninsula, and not always reimbursed. Hours and pay are not a sure thing, as clients may cancel sessions on you.

      Good pay, great clients, experience, opportunity to become an RBT

      Cons

      All management faculty were in SoCal, changed management requirements so it's harder to move up, Sceduling not open on weekends, had to request time off three months in advance
