* Insane, Toxic Management * Lack of anything approaching proper product management * Company keeps laying off employees to extend finances another six months

None at all, a few good co-workers

Cons

No weekends for India team. Everyone is expected to work during holidays, vacations and 24 hours a day Yearly layoffs Brent Jorgenson is CEO, not this guy They lie to get you in with bonuses and other promises, but never deliver They lie to customers about the product, They put unrealistic expectations on developers and sell impossible things to clients They will be looking soon... STAY FAR AWAY

Pros

I hear they used to pay bonuses - this was one of the reasons I accepted the lower basic salary.

Cons

Everything is the number one priority. No bonuses in the 2 years I was there. All the positive reviews on Glassdoor seem to be for the India office, not the Woods Cross office.
