Flexible hours, easy going environment, no script to read so you have flexibility with satisfying your customers

Cons

over worked and under rewarded, they do not promote from within, CSR's are not respected by any other department, low pay, hours are fickle

Competitive salary, fun coworkers, good workstations for developers, challenging assignments, some positions have normal working hours, MSDN subscription provided, overall an 8 0n a 10 scale

Cons

Misleading info on company match for 401K - "discretionary" match meant virtually zero for me, insulting, management really does not follow through in IT with timelines and milestones for setting up full development environment in which to be productive and other objectives for some developers, obvious favoritism in IT

supervisors understanding and work around your schedule sometimes you get to leave early lots of young people/ college students from FAMU easy to learn how to accomplish the tasks very laid back environment can keep in headphones and listen to music the whole time

Cons

can't use your cell phone while working, at all, 3 strikes and you might be fired *you can listen to music but you can't be noticeably on your phone work can be boring/tedious not the best pay
