Pros
The company has very powerful technology and is a leader in its space. The app is somewhat complicated but they have knowledgeable professional services to implement and support it. They are also taking aggressive, positive steps to improve the usability and functionality in the next few quarters which will only increase sales. The executive team works well together and have known each other for almost a decade or longer. I took it as a very positive sign that they all reunited several years ago to relaunch the company, so strong was their belief in the product and themselves. The work environment is loose but focused--as in all startups, there can be crunch time, but management accounts for this in scheduling and priorities, allowing for a decent work/life balance. I see a bright future ahead for Iconixx and am glad to be part of it.
Cons
The usual growing pains of a startup--staffing up fast enough to handle the increasing sales.
