1. Two months of notice period. 2. Appraisal cycle is too slow. They usually take 3-4 months from the appraisals date to do so. 3. Appraisal of a max of 20% of your current salary is done. Some exceptions are there if your salary is below 10k and your exp. is greater that a year then you can expect around 50%. 4. The quality of lunch is not good. 5. Medical insurance for only upper management and TL and emp with 3+ year in the company only. 6. You have to forget your own life as you will have to work more that 10 hours daily even in some projects you will have to forget your holidays. 7. A total of 22(12 casual + 6 sick + 2 special)leaves in a year. and around 10 gazetted holidays. No other leaves for even if your marriage or maternity leaves. 8. Out of my 3/6 of Project Managers are ill Mannered. They think their team as slaves. They don't care about them. 9. Relieving system is frustrating.

Unreasonable owner. Small India based co looking for a expansion in the US, culturally they just don't get it. The hours and work environment is hostile.
